Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data the PrintOurTrip website (printourtrip.com) processes, why, and the rights you have over it. In short: the website does not track you, and we only receive what you choose to send us.
Who we are
PrintOurTrip is the data controller for the personal data described here. For any question about this policy or your data, email [email protected].
What we collect
When you visit this website
The website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party embeds. Like every website, it is delivered by a hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes the technical data each request carries, such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested. This is needed to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. We do not keep our own logs of visits or try to identify visitors.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you choose to write.
Why we use it
- To deliver and secure the website (legitimate interest): serving pages and protecting the site from attacks and abuse.
- To answer you (legitimate interest, or steps you ask us to take before entering into an agreement): replying to your questions and partnership requests.
We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you.
Who we share it with
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes request data on our behalf. Emails you send us are stored by our email provider. We do not share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Cloudflare is based in the United States. When data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by safeguards recognized under the GDPR, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Website request data: processed by Cloudflare only as long as needed to deliver and protect the site; we keep no visit logs of our own.
- Emails to us: kept as long as needed to handle your request and any relationship that follows from it.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no similar technologies, such as local storage or tracking pixels. That is why there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices change, for example when new services launch, and revise the date at the top.
